What we do
Konnex recruits for US state, local and education employers. We run permanent recruitment, contract staffing and executive search for hard-to-fill roles in IT and cybersecurity, engineering, finance and grants, public works and leadership.
Every professional we place with a public agency is US-based. A dedicated sourcing and screening team works each search every business day, so shortlists arrive faster and cost less to produce.
We also run a separate line that builds offshore teams for growing companies. It serves private companies only.
Our approach
